1. Can I get a refund after using the premium subscription?
Refund is not possible after using the premium subscription. Since you purchased the premium version after being satisfied with the free version, we cannot issue a refund once you have paid for it.
2. Can I get a refund if I accidentally purchase a plan twice?
Yes, if a purchase of same plan has been made twice by mistake, we will return you one of your two purchases. Keep in mind that this does not apply to the Weekly premium subscription.
3. Can I get a refund after buying two different plans at a time?
If you have purchased a weekly and monthly plan at once, we will increase the plan validity because the weekly plan is non-refundable. If you have purchased the yearly subscription on top of monthly, we will issue a refund for the monthly plan if it’s not near the expiry date, or if you wish we will increase the validity limit for one month.
4. Can I get a refund if the website is not working?
We are unable to recall the last time our website went offline. If this is the case, we cannot issue a refund from the company’s point of view. If the site is down or not working for the whole day, we will be happy to compensate you by extending the subscription limit for one day.
5. Can I get a refund for a product purchased during a sale?
Refund is not applicable on the product which is purchased on a discounted price or in the sale. However, we will help you by canceling the auto-renewal for your subscription so you will not be charged further.
6. Can I apply for a refund of a recurring charge?
The user has a choice to switch between Auto Rebilling and Manual Rebilling at the time of purchase on the checkout page. If the user selects auto-renewal from there, the subscription will be renewed as soon as the plan expires. Once the recharge is done, it cannot be refunded. However, we will assist you by canceling the auto-renewal for your subscription.
